Aaron has been the owner and director of OVM since 2007. He has a natural talent working with and communicating with children. Aaron respects each child’s unique development, interests and sensitivities. He is a big advocate of being firm with each child, identifying and communicating boundaries, and explaining why certain behaviors are preferred or unacceptable. When a child needs direction in a specific situation, he always tries to figure out what triggered the behavior and is very patient and direct with each child.
Everything Aaron does, from the way he reads stories to them, to the morning greetings, or the little ways he’ll accommodate each child’s sensitivities, makes it clear that Aaron truly enjoys working with children.
